Problem on the squat rack, please help with form!

basically when i squat i have trouble gripping the bar and end up with almost straight arms holding near the ends of the bar. I guess i have poor flexibility in my shoulders or possibly an underlaying injury or something like that?

Anyway has anyone had this problem and does anybody know a good way to correct it? either by a positional change or by exercises or streches to improve flexibility in the shoulders?

Thanks for taking the time to read the thread.

Well I would suggest stretch your legs and shoulders before you squat.

Ask someone who is much more experienced lifter than you to watch your form from behind.
