    uneven traps!

my right trap is smaller, should i do something different in my workout like do heavier weights on the smaller side and lighter on the bigger side? or will this eventually even out by itself?

It may be genetics or your training your traps incorrectly.

Traps grow by squeezin the muscle , there is no point doing extremely heavy shrugs ,because you do less than half of full motion.

Really pay attention on squeezin your traps and doing full range movement.

alot of body parts are different size to each other, if its dramatically different I would try and focus on the weaker side by hitting it a few extra with dumb bell shrugs, I would also stretch it out on the rack with heavy weight....

and dont do a mixed gripp... reason: why would you use a reversed grip adn a straight grip... do normal grip,

very close friend blew out bicept doing alternating grip in deads... has ruined his entire body. arm is destroyed

    as for the traps...

i would talk with a chiropractor - and get some structual advise could be just the way you hold your posture, get that figured out then go with marcus's answer

Just want to say that the difference between the traps is practically unnoticable... at least in that picture
