    How many here do the Jefferson lift?

    I always throw in a few sets to finish off leg day

    Killer exercise for the quads!

    never heard of it, but watched a video on youtube, it look hard on the back! how is it on the back compare to the regular squats?

    when you have you pelvis rotated it can for sure put excess stress on your erector spinae
    this is the main reason I use it only as a burnout exercise that and crazy back pumps are no fun at all

    as said above it can be a bit harsher on the low back compared to squats but assuming you use a belt and/or keep a tight core you should be good to go

    I tried these once, I don't think I did them right. These and Zercher squats I don't understand very well.

    Zercher squats my arms just hurt looking at them I used to do a lot of barbell hack squats when I trained at home with no rack done the job better than the z-squat could ever do imo
