    Critique my workout routine

Tell me what you think of this workout routine. I'm trying to cut but maintain as much muscle as possible so I can actually look cool lol.

    My stats- age 22, bf% 17, weight 179, height 5'9, bodytype mesomorph

Okay so with school and work these are really the only times I can manage to go to the gym. My diet is 100% on key.

    Tuesday - chest/tricep
    Barbell Bench Press - 4 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6 reps.
    Barbell Incline Bench Press - 4 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6 reps
    Dunbell Flys - 3 sets of 10, 8, 6 reps
    Parallel Bar Dips - 3 sets of 15, 12, 10
    Skull Crushers - 3 sets of 12, 10, 8
    One Arm Tricep Extension - 3 sets of 12, 10, 8

    Wednesday - Legs/Abs
    Squats - 5 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6, 4
    Deadlift - 5 sets of 5
    Leg Curl - 4 sets of 15
    Leg Extension - 4 sets of 15
    Leg Raise - 4 sets of 10
Decline Bench Situps - 4 sets of 10

    Friday - Back/Bicep
    Bent Over Barbell Rows - 4 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6
    Seated Pulley Rows - 4 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6
    Lat Pulldowns - 4 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6
    Chin Ups - 3 sets of 10
    Barbell Curls - 3 sets of 10, 8, 6
    Preacher Curls - 3 sets of 10, 8, 6

    Saturday - Shoulders/Traps
    Seated Barbell Press - 4 sets of 10, 8, 6, 4
    Seated Dunbell Press - 3 sets of 12, 10, 8
    Cable Upright Rows - 4 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6
    Dunbell Shrugs - 3 sets of 10

I am also doing 45 min of fasted AM cardio mon-fri with BCAA before and after.

    What do you guys think?

Btw, it's not something I just made up, it's mostly a 4 day split of Arnold's old routine with a little changes here and there.

if you are doing heavy squats and deadlifts i would suggest not having them on the same day. could overload ur legs.

Maybe I can move Deadlift to shoulder/trap day then.

I like doing it on my back day, that's just me though. Also as for shoulders don't need both DB and barbell press, id suggest one or the ore cause ur front delts get enough work on your shoulder day, why not grow in lat raise instead?

True that, I forgot about lat raises! I'm definitely doing that over the DB. I think I'd rather do deadlifts on my shoulder day cause my traps get pretty worked when I deadlift. I feel it on lower back too but I don't really have any lower back workouts in my back day.
