I would like to really build my legs up to add more strength and size to them. I have a 550lb squat but my knees are getting really tender and even 225 is uncomfortable right now, yet I can pile it on the legs press and it doesnt hurt.....go figure. Anyway I just want to bring the legs up to par with my upper body. I measured them today and they are 29" at their thickest part or 27" when you measure 6inches up from the top of the knee cap. They also have very much of an upside down triange look and most my mass is on the outside which I believe is called the sweep? Anyway for anyone who divides there legs up let me know kind of how you do it.
