Aight fellas got a question for ya. Right now me and my bro are doing a 4 day split Mon Tue thur Fri ,chest,back,shoulders,bicep &tri. I was wondering if it would be ok to wrkout say chest twice a wk becuz if ur doing a 16wk cycle and only doing chest 1 time a wk then thats only Wrking it 16 on cycle. Maybe I'm just dumb but that just dnt seem enough to me

Once a week is enough IMO... Its all about intensity and volume!
You only have 16 w/o so make all 16 count.
One other thing... Do you not have legs?? Its half of your body!
