Working the back of the Bi...
After my arm workouts I can always feel it in the front portion of my bi, but the back part never feels worked out enough. Is that common or am I missing something? My arm workout is as follows.
Barbell curls 4 sets of 10
Dumbell hammer curls 4 sets of 10
Preacher curls 4 sets of 10
Reverse preacher curls 4 sets of 10 <-- not sure the correct term for this but basically my hands are over the bar instead of under it...
Thanks

If you change up your bi routine, you should throw in seated cambered bar curls. just sit down and curl, let your wrists hit your thighs then come back up.
