Well the var alone should help you lean out a lot. I have been trying to get ahold of some for months but all my effing sources are having problems getting it lately. Oh well, guess I'll stick to winny. lol
Can you give us a little more info on your cardio routine? Time performed and intensity?
30min is fine to start with, but you'll probably have to up that to keep loosing at some point.
T3 never gave me any issues with cardio.

I keep it to 30 min cause Im on my feet all day at work for 7-10 hrs/day. In the past I wore a hr monitor for a week and I burned an average of 3200 cals/day while working or should I say running, lol! Thats why I only keep it to 30 min...

not wise. Too high t3. even though youy say you dont care you will when you lose 10lbs of mass. Just use clen guy.
Do you mean that 75mcg is too high? Besides, I hate the sides of clen. I ran it a few times in the past.
