    Patrick the Cools Progress Log

I have been reading all that I can since I found this site. Im starting a progress log for myself to help stay motivated.
I will use the Slingshot method posted by Ronnie Rowland starting at beginner. Im going to use my Bowflex for my workouts.
I eat healthy but Have never kept track of the details.
    I am 30 yrs old
    6'6"
    190lbs
    36 inch waist
    14 inch biceps
    42 inch chest
20 inch thighs * looks like I jumped on the back of chicken with these sticks coming out of my torso
I am probably at 12% body fat or so

I also love golf so I will be doing Yoga on my off days.

My goals are to get bigger, more flexible, happier and at peace.

I use to play College ball And got up to 245lbs. I benched 315 and power cleaned 280. I am of course nowhere close to that now but I feel my potential is high
I am tracking all my workouts, sets and weights as well as measurements on an excel spreadsheet.

for the first 2 months I will being doing 3 DAY PER WEEK SLINGSHOT TRAINING FOR BEGINNING BODYBUILDERS as posted by Ronnie Rowland. Thanks for all the info everyone!

Good for you Pcool! Great to see you started a log. It will help you.

Have you checked into Dec's thread? He might have some good pointers for you. You can ask him and he will help advise you specifically. http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...*#.TuzDhhw0jDo

    GOOD LUCK!
