Stop looking at numbers too much. Everyone's body is different so really all you need to do is listen to it and fix your diet. If you think your diet is good then prove it and post it in the diet section.
Stop doing 3 sets 8 reps, try a different configuration, maybe 5 Sets 6 Reps. Fix your form on some of the exercises or do a variation of the exercises. Switch the order you do the exercises. Eliminate some exercises all together and try different ones.
Also, your doing way too much for shoulders and you need to have it switched with your arm days. Chest & Back exercises use your shoulders as secondary muscle groups, so when your doing shoulders after Back & Chest your not giving yourself enough recovery time. Also you should be doing squats.
Other than the above, there's not much else to tell you, everything is intrapersonal. Listen to your body and change your exercises accordingly.

Mostly It's diet like previously said.
Other reason may be that your not consistent with your training.
On your back day I would start with deadlifts instead of seated row.
I would go higher reps on shrugs.
Do you train your calves on your leg day or you just forgot to write it up?Last edited by PurpleOnes; 06-08-2011 at 09:43 AM.
