A bit of chest! also tri's for me, feel great after smashing those.

super setting Bi's and tri's after hitting back. I do this rarely, but when I do it feels amazing
I feel great after all workouts....
Legs and Back days put me out cold for a few hours after
I look pretty sick after a delt and bicep workout (pumped delts, bi's and forearms)
sad tells all
Delt and Arms day does it for me.
Leg day because when its over I don't have to do it again for a week. hooray
I've found this to be my money routine... My bread and butter for sure.
Mon Legs
Tues am cardio - Chest/Bis
weds-off
Thurs-am cardio- Back/Tris
Fri-Shoulders/calves
Sat-cardio
Sun-cardio/abs
OK he has it a little mixed up but honestly I have been doing 1 body part a day for the most part like this and have gotten the best results I have ever gotten. Works for me. I dont do it in that order though and I through legs in 2x a week in the mix and abs in the mix also, not separate.
I worked out for years doing push/pull, push/push, pull/pull and I still mix it up every few months with them but for years I never really grew. Granted a lot was diet, I was young and dumb but working each body part separate more or less works great. Us old guys heal slower also. LOL
