hey friends, my delt is lagging behind giving me a funny neck on my shoulder, any thoughts for delt workout
Side raises higher reps, finish off with scott dumbbell presses. Alternate the side raises each workout with a stanard flat hand, but go to 10 o'clock/2 o'clock at the top. On your next day do Glass style raises, these are thumbs down pinkys up, you can go much heavier with these.
On back day- rear raises, high reps drops sets to finish workout.

These burn bad and after side raises....forget about it.
