    cycles and workout...please

    Hey guys I'm in need of a good workout routine something that works relatively quick. I'm deticated(now) lol. But wanna drop weight first since I'm so over weight then wanna bulk up fast as well. Can anyone offer me a good weekly routine to follow? All would be greatly appreciated. Thanks you.

    every routine should be done for at least 3 months to judge its effectiveness, there is no magic routine that will give you quick results, they come over time, for you id recommend full body 3 times a week and read and read about how to improve your diet, ex. lower your carbs and replace them with veggies

    If you're out of shape and/or new to the gym, just about ANYthing will work like magic. If you're getting back into shape but no stranger to the gym, I agree with the above. Hit the big 3 with big movements 3x a week for a few months.

    Example-
    Monday...
    Bench press
    Bent over rows
    Squats

    Wednesday...
    Incline bench
    Pullups
    Lunges

    Friday...
    Decline or dips
    Cable rows
    Deadlift

    Do 3-4 sets of 10-12 reps of each.

    Thanks guys I appreciate that I will defiantly do that MWF routine with probably a cardiovascular and ab routine Tu and Thur .

    What's ur take on CLEN ?
