Recently ive started working out at 6 am instead of 5 pm and have been lifting less than usual, any one else noticed this when switching from arvo/evening training to morning training?

Are you eating enough pre workout?
How soon from waking up do you train?
When i dont have a good enough pre workout meal then yes. I prefer to workout later due to more energy and calories consumed. But as long as you are eating a good enough pre workout meal it shouldnt be a big difference
I just switched from evenings to mornings. I noticed a decrease in performance/endurance. It might take a few weeks to get into the rhythm. I only consume a pre workout shake (625 calories) 40 minutes prior to working out.
i find mornings don't work for me either!!
Nope, maybe even better. What are you going to tell yourself, that you're tired? Just get up and eat 45m-1hr before training.

i used to lift later in the day, about 4 or so hours before i would go to sleep, then i began training with a group at another gym at times between 6-8 a.m. what i would do is wake up 2 hours before and get a good meal in and allow it to digest because there wasn't a shitter there lol, but now im at my old gym and lifting about 2 p.m and ive found this in the perfect time for me, middle of the day
