Best barbell curl technique? I want to dial it! Share your advice here please.

    Hey guys,
I'm am really focusing in on my biceps these days. Things are going well for me so far, i've seen quite a bit of thickness and height growth.
Regardless, I know I need to dial it in better!
Firstly, I want to hear your advice about how to perform a real technically proper barbell curl.
Secondly, I want to hear advice about how to perform a real technically proper hammer dumbell curl.
Thirdly, I need some advice about filling in the lower portion of my biceps. When I flex pose in the mirror side facing, with arm tucked in at my side and forearm positioned to make a kind of "V" shape to my arm it really seems like my bicep peak is more developed near my delt and tapers off too soon towards my forearm. When I flex with arms outstretched they peak seems more symmetrical. Is this uneven peak just from the body positioning or can I tweak my training technique here?
I'd really appreciate any advice you guys can offer thanks.

if you cant perform 10 chins then you shouldnt be curling, but if you can, where your peak is at is genetics, sorry if you got screwed in that department lol
im not much of a bodybuilder but i believe that seated incline bench db curls will work the lower biceps

I don't know where guys get this cr@p.

I'm still interested in good lower bicep stimulating techniques.

if you cant do 10 chins, then work your way up, your arms will grow more than if you just did bicep curls, i dont even curl all i do is chins and my arms are a pretty decent size ( am not a bodybuilder), its definately not bs charles poliquin, jason ferrugia, tony gentilcore and many other prominent strength coaches and pt's agree with me on this, and they have trained hundreds so they definately know, but add it in and give it a try for a few eeks and youll start to see the difference

I'll call your bluff on that. Right now I can pull off 1st set: 23, 2nd set: 18, 3rd set 17, 4th 15. I'll throw that into my current program of barbell curls, preacher curls, hammer curls and see how it plays out.

I do appreciate the input. Thanks for being mature about the bs comment.

The real point of this thread is to get advice on technique to bring out the bicep head as much as possible. I was hoping to get this adivce from pro body builders who have had to focus in on this area for shows and have had success with their technique tweaks.
