Hi.
I have been curious about this approach to bodybuilding. And have started a routine myself, to see how it goes.
High Frequency Training is training the whole body, EVERYDAY!
Yes, I have always been told to either train 3 times a week, or split the body and train each part 2 or even 1 times a week.
I've always held to idea of "less is more", and the Heavy Duty ideas.
But, I've been reading now how in the old days, bodybuilders would train their whole body, everyday.
Now, I am inspired a lot by Menzter, so I do believe the One Set to Failure, is all one really needs. But, Menzter recommended a low frequency training.
Of course, I think it'd be overkill to mix volume training with high frequency training, so I think the one set to failure would work well with it, and maybe the rep range could be higher, 12-20.
So, before anyone poos on this, I'd be curious is anyone here has done this?
And here is a link that touches on this, and shows two guys Ralph Kroger, and Bill Hemsworth, of the 70's, did this full body every day training, and they look awesome.

Of course this is a time before heavy use of drugs.
I'll post how my progress is doing as well.
