    How much time for workout?

    Hey...
    Guys i just want to ask how much time do you spend in workout...??

    i go about an hour, though ive seen people train strongman for 3 hours and still become strong

    I can hit it hard for 30 minutes minimum, depending on the muscle group being worked. Usually 40-60 minutes though.

    Hi Falkner,
    I do 4 hours jogging in the morning and it took 1 hour and I spend 2 hours in gym in the evening.
    So collectively you may say I workout 3 hours in a day.

    I like to keep my session under 75 mins, 60 mins preferably..

    But I know my body, I know when I have done enough and I know when to stop. My sessions take as long as it takes for me to feel ready to leave the gym.

    75mins max, I don't like going over that

    Bout 50 to 65 mins for me never longer then some Cardio after but I don't count that really.
