    training routine

    mon -chest, abs, traps
    tue- biceps, triceps
    wed- back , abs
    thur- shoudlers, traps
    friday- legs
    saturday - rest
    sunday- restart routine eg chest, abs , traps

    what are your thoughts?

    You have tris the day after chest and bis the day befor back, that won't work to well.

    What are your goals? How long training?

    And as Masta asked....what's your volume?

    6'3 200lbs, averge bf%
    looking to gain some size ...i tried a program where id rest 2 days a week on saturday and sunday but i was finding i was looking real skinny not as pumped , wondering if that training split was alright with just the 1 days rest...if any 1 eles has an idea on a training idea feel free to let me know

    what specific exercises do you do for each bodypart
