My quads are my weakest bodypart, especially the lower quad and outer sweep (vastus lateralis).
Just wanted to hear feedback and check to see if what my newer leg training focuses on is correct.
Squats (shouler width/narrow stance and going below parallel)
Hack Squats (feet together and going all the way down)
Leg Press (fee together and going all the way to chest)
Leg Extension (legs close and toes pointed straight out)
*Right now I have one heavy day (3-5 rep range) and one hypertrophy day (8-12 rep range)
