? on improving my chest
hey Bros I'm here from BSS and i was wondering what you guys would suggest fro "lifting" my chest up more from my rib cage. I was thinking about trying decline db presses casue I seem to remeber that declines hit pec minor the best and will bring my chest up off my rib cage move than flat or incline bench. let me know if i'm wrong or if u guys have any other suggestions

I have before but not in a while cause i'm trying a modified HIT program. Also i need to be careful when doing heavy pullovers because I have a shoulder that pops out of joint if too much weight is pulling it back

I've seen that with pullovers, go though for chest size, I personnally would look into weight dips and Flat D.b Press, both will help build a great chest........and also try Weider protein........its all I need to grow '
Ps Forget Weider I'm for some reason very anti-weider today!

Thanks guy I just switched about 3 weeks agor to flat db presses
so we'll see how that goes hopefully it gives me more size cause my chest looks too flat IMO.
Do any of u guys find that declines are good?

I like declines cause they make me look red and as if im just about to explode. Good for getting those veins to appear on the chest
I think the more different exercises you vary between the better. Muscles must be worked from all possible angles.
Big Al is right about the dips tho.

Start with heavy heavy decline barbells and then go heavy flat bench finish off with a fly movement and then hit upper chest

Well there you go im not a freak! LOL my shoulder pops out with DB pull overs it painful!
Definitly do decline first great exercise to bring up the chest, but alternate it so start with it one week then stick it 2nd or 3rd second week. Go with Big Al on weighted dips chest but vary your workouts so as not to let any of the other chest muscles down! It tends to be common practice to want to bring up a lacking area but not still work on your strong points!
