WTF happened to me..? Left side of upper body has lost 30% of its strength overnight

So as of last Thursday is when I first noticed it. Literally all push and pull exercises with my upper body have drastically been effected by my loss of strength on my left side. My body has always been pretty balanced when it came to strength per my left and right side, but all of sudden all my left side strength has literally vanished. For example dumbbells curls. I use to curl the same amount on both sides, but now.. I have to drop down atleast 20lbs on my left side to get any effective reps in.

There's no noticeable sign of pain in or outside of the gym, only thing is a little tightness in the back of my neck/upper back on the left side. Other then that I feel normal. I'm not sure if this is an issue of a pinched nerve or what.. I don't feel like anything has ripped or tore. So I'm really at a loss here. Not sure if I should wait a little longer and see if my body goes back to normal, or if I should book an appointment with a chiropractor now and see if they can fix me
    Somehow.

Please let me know if anyone has ran into this problem, I tried searching other forums and posts regarding this, but most threads were in reference to always being weaker on one side as opposed to the other, and this has literally just hit me over night, and like I mentioned there's no real sign of a serious injury in regards to pain or immobility. HELP!!

I would see two different chiros. First I would see a regular chiro. After that I would wait a week and go see a NUCCA Chiropractor.
