and how many of you using a nutritionist to build a menu that fits your
    goals?

and along my workout question, how you get updated with new working out
methods and routines, I'll be glad to be directed to so info about the variety of
    workout methods.

Honestly, I think the diet and workout sections here are much more useful than any trainer or nutritionist. With an hour of searching and MAYBE one post I can get a range of opinions from knowledgeable people and a discussion of their reasoning as well as links to other sources of info as opposed to one trainer/nutritionists opinion. Not only do I feel like I get a better answer to my questions, but I get a broader understanding of WHY I am doing what I am doing. Plus, all sorts of real world personal experience. Screw the "professionals", tap the knowledge of the educated masses.

TBH you don't need to change your workout routine around too much...

Once you know what you like and what works for you I would suggest sticking with it.

The only thing you need to do is be progressive, adding small amounts of weight to lifts or a rep here and there ensures you are moving forward and making progress

Changing things up too much can leave you spinning your wheels...

Diet is much the same, the only time you would need to drastically change your diet would be if your goals drastically changed... However drastic changes are not often required to make progress in another direction
