Anyone increase there workouts to training each bodypart twice a week while on a AAS bulking cycle ? if so what are your training splits?

I used to but have realized I get better quality gains by training each part just once a week.
I tried to but I felt like shit. Once a week is still good for me. If I am feeling a lagging bodypart I do that twice a week but that is all.
