best routine while on cycle?
what do you guys perfer for your training routine for a cycle.
do you like the classic bodybuilding split?
ive been doing joe defrancos wssb and i love it and i think i could make some great strength gains if i do it on cycle.
what do you guys perfer?
i tend to get bored with the classical bodybuilding split after doing it for 6-8 weeks.

I like to follow a low volume/high intensity routine most of the time...
When I'm on the only thing that will change is the volume will go from low to low/moderate.
Pre-exhausts, drop sets, negatives, forced reps, rest pause, partials
These are all techniques I utilise more when on cycle, I feel I can recover quicker so I push the volume up a little and keep the intensity crazy high.
Carbs/cals are going to be higher as well so the volume/intensity car be ramped up for a cycle IMO

ws4sb is legit, used it before senior football season put on 65 pounds, no cycle either
