    advice needed on cardio/weights while on keto

    hi guys

    I am on a keto-type diet and my main goal is to cut down. my current stats are 19y/o, 5'8, 165lbs - hoping to get to 140-145lbs then start to bulk.

    I'm currently doing weight sessions 4 times a week for 90 minutes followed by 60 minutes of low intensity cardio. I have been told that for muscle gain, this is not ideal because your body is in catabolism and you need carbs/protein asap to refuel and doing low intensity cardio after weights is just burning muscle tissue.

    I need some good advice on what would be best for me - main goal is to loose fat and cut but i want to make the most of my weight sessions

    dam that goal weight is extremely light.

    what BF% are you now?

    weight training is far to long. shoot for 50 mins max. then hit cardio

    I don't really have a big build, not 100% but I'd say I'm about 18-20%.

    The weight program I am currently on was made for me here by tbody66
