hi guys
I am on a keto-type diet and my main goal is to cut down. my current stats are 19y/o, 5'8, 165lbs - hoping to get to 140-145lbs then start to bulk.
I'm currently doing weight sessions 4 times a week for 90 minutes followed by 60 minutes of low intensity cardio. I have been told that for muscle gain, this is not ideal because your body is in catabolism and you need carbs/protein asap to refuel and doing low intensity cardio after weights is just burning muscle tissue.
I need some good advice on what would be best for me - main goal is to loose fat and cut but i want to make the most of my weight sessions
