Say if you go jogging for 45 minutes and it's 100 degrees fahrenheit
and you go jogging for 45 minutes when it's 50 degrees fahrenheit
Would you burn more calories when jogging at 100 degrees?
I can usually jog for an hour - sometimes longer... but when it's 100 degrees during the summer I can only do like 25 minutes before I get burnt out.
This heat wave across the north east USA sucks!!!
