I'm going to try to focus on back width and would love a few opinions on the best exercises/techniques..

i've copied a link to bb.com "wingspan workouts" and wondered if you endorse or possibly advise a tweak to these techniques

one thing i do for sure differently that they are suggesting is the pullover which is a predominantly chest exercise and i usually do that on chest day and wonder if during their superset(triset) suggestion if that would be better substitued for another exercise
