will be running 250mg test e every 3rd day, tbol at 30mg for 4 days, 50 mg for 4 days then leveling off at 60 mg for 3 weeks.

for adding size will this be effective? or is there a better alternative?

I don't think it's a good idea to start a new routine with the beginning of a cycle. You stick with what you have had success with in the past IMO, or at least run the routine for a month or so prior to starting the cycle in order to see how it suits you.

    But yeah...5x5 is good

yeah i was planning on starting before the cycle and not starting the cycle until i was acclimated to the new training method. i read it may take a few weeks to find what weight to work with and to let your body get used to training twice a week.
