    Really need help here!

I seem to of hit a wall, I normally lift heavy, i dont train for anything really apart from Rugby! I bench about 115kg for 6 reps, so i would say i'm fairly strong, what i'm wanting to do though is to start lifting lighter weights to try and "cut up" Can anyone give me any advice on what weight/reps etc i need to be doing? and for how long? Also will steroids help me with this process? I know my diet needs to be strict, it's not the worlds worse diet but could be improved! Any comments would be appreciated!

    P.s
I'm getting married next year so i have 10 months lol

Try higher rep range between 12-15 but I wouldn't go too light. Also your could use no rest between sets, which would bring out the sharpness/cut. I would not use steroids if you just want to look good. Give yourself 12 months of hard work and diet and evaulate then. Good luck mate

Agree with buddy superset your sets and reps 15 and reduce your rest time, you will have to drop your weight due to the fact that your super setting as its back to back exercising

ie front rise and side raises 15 reps each then 60 second rest then next set and so on
