    I take it your 7 sets are in an FST-7 style??

    Overtraining is a cumulative effect that occurs overtime. Cumulative factors to consider could be;

    Rest/ days in gym/ time in gym

    Volume/ number of working sets

    Intensity

    Additional stress to body/ excessive cardio etc...

    Sleep

    Diet

    Drug use

    The routine you have outlined will not push you into an overtrained state. There are lots more factors to consider

    However I would recommend decreasing total sets and increasing the intensity...

    Think you should be able to get that workout into an hour as well

    It would be impossible for me to train my chest and shoulders in the same workout, one of them would suffer if I did and for me that isnt training correctly. In my opinion that is to much

    DITTO on the whole chest and delts in the same session thing...

    There is a difference between in-effective training and overtraining...

    I would say this is in-effective training

    Agreed, if your hitting chest the delts come into play as well.

    When I train my chest now I sometimes also hit medial delts as my front delts are going to be screwed anyway for a few days after chest and I train delts 3 days after chest by which time they will have fully recovered anyway.
