It doesnt matter how good looking she is, some where, some one is tired of her shit.
Light travels faster then sound. This is why some people appear bright until you hear them speak.

I don't think he Has a sence of humor m8...
He is funny because he is so blunt and str8 to the point.... He doesn't mean to be funny tho...
I live 3 miles from his gym and train at a gym where a load of the guys used to train at Temple.... Most people don't like him around Birmingham because they have trained at his gym and know what he is like...
I get it tho.... Yates goes to the gym to train.. It is business.. People think he is rude because he just acts like a moody cu*n and won't give anyone any time.. I just think he is straight forward and to the point.... Just like he was with Mark in that cable row scene...
It was funny because Mark thought he was joking... He was not joking tho, he was just being honest. Funny tho
I agree and its his blunt honesty that makes him so funny imo, i work with a Londoner from time to time and he's exactly the same....
And hell yeah, ive stopped training with many guy's because they think the gym is a place to go for a good old chat, sorry but i keep my head down and bust my bollocks off and i hate anyone looking for a chat......
My kind of workout![]()
His principles and methods do seem sound, are they right??? Well we know his training routines worked well for him and its hard to argue because he was a winner of Mr O. However after watching other pro's training methods ive come to the conclusion that its all about finding what method works well for you. And imo its very important to switch routines/methods every few weeks.....
His training methods do not work for all. Just like high volume doesnt work for all.
Using one or the other and then switching on a sticking point is a good idea and is what I do. Also employing strength workouts is a good idea, keeping reps low and focusing on power for a few weeks, then switch. Just like many bodybuilders, they have powerlifting backgrounds. You dont see Ronnie Coleman or Jay Cutler doing 40 minute workouts and doing rest pause, negatives, and the other HIT principles in their videos.
Good post Base. I haven't seen those videos yet. He's got a cool wife
Ty for the post!! I have not seen these videos yet.
