Work out routine
I currently train
Monday chest and biceps
Tuesday legs
Wednesday off
Thursday shoulders and triceps
Friday back and biceps
Just wondering is this overkill on biceps? Should I change it around and prehaps do chest and triceps, shoulders and triceps and back and biceps as there are 3 heads to tricep. And only 2 for bicep or just stick to one a week for each body part Thanks
