Work out routine
I currently train
Monday chest and biceps
Tuesday legs
Wednesday off
Thursday shoulders and triceps
Friday back and biceps
Just wondering is this overkill on biceps? Should I change it around and prehaps do chest and triceps, shoulders and triceps and back and biceps as there are 3 heads to tricep. And only 2 for bicep or just stick to one a week for each body part Thanks

I don't think you NEED to train arms twice a week
Remove them from your back session and your sorted

So would you recommend me doing triceps twice per week? Or still once? Also should I do back and triceps or shoulders and triceps? Thanks

Just train bis and tris directly once per. week unless you want to totally change your workout and work lower body Monday and Thurs and upper on Tues and Fri.
