    workout question

iv got 3 days a week max in the gym plus cardio days when i can fit em in. im goin for an all round fuller look with more definition. so assuming my diet is in check, how does this split look :

    Day 1:

    chest / triceps / forarms / shoulders

    Day 2:

Legs / abs / rowing machine

    Day 3:

    Back / Biceps

There will be 2 days cardio in there sumwhere whenever time allows. Im 32 with a few years training experience but i have been hindered with back problems which i believe are now resolved

For 3 day split I like to do quads and hamstrings, chest and back, shoulders and arms. That way when I feel like it I can superset antagonistic muscle groups.. For eg. Leg press with hamstring curls, Chin ups with bench press or bar bell curls with skull crushes.

ive done both splits and i find the OP's split to be the best. theres something about pairing bi's and tri's i dont like, just cant get the same pump in them when training them together.

i def wouldnt do bi's on shoulder day, its just asking for injury doing this
