what do u think works better for arms?
i always used to pyramid one exercise for biceps and triceps, so i would do CGBP 4 sets, 10,8,6,4 reps and preacher curls 10,8,6,4 reps. do u think that works for arms pretty well or more of set rep ranges of higher reps? this is just for my first exercise, i do 2 more exercises for each muscle after

What is CGBP? So on your arms day you do 4 sets for biceps and 4 sets on triceps? Maybe I read it wrong but that isn't enough sets.. 4 sets in is usually when I start to feel the burn.

old routine:
CGBP- 4 sets, 10,8,6,4
dropset 1x8
skullcrushers- 3x6-10
one arm pushdown- 3x10-15
preacher curl- 4 sets, 10,8,6,4
dropset 1x8
hammer curl- 3x6-10
concentration curl- 3x15-20
new routine:
CGBP- 4x 12-20
""
""
preacher curl- 4x 12
""
""
the only real change is the weight and rep ranges for the first exercise.

So Im guessing you increased reps because your trying to tone? Or did you do it as a method of muscle confusion?
The amount of exercises your doing seems adequate to me but as marcus asked, are your arms growing?

That seems like a lot of work for small body parts.

I may be reading too much but I always thought 10 sets would be too much for arms. I thought about 8-10 sets for chest, back and legs per. week and about 4-6 sets for arms per. week was plenty. Would the 10 sets be for somebody on gear?
