Sounds like a hemorrhoid, imo deep squats are king when it comes to legs.

If you have never been one for training legs thats why they are skinny - its simple start training them with basic exercises like squats, leg press, hack squats etc and you will start seeing development

first off squat, squat and squat some more....go at least parallel and even lower if you can for a full ROM. I also like Lunges, leg press, and stiff leg deadlifts...youre legs will grow with these lifts 100%

My legs respond well to 15-20 rep range, burn kicks in around 8-10 reps. You have to keep pushing through the burn more than upper body. It's a real mental challenge leg day, now my favourite.

I for one hate leg day. Its exhausting and my legs feel like rubber for the rest of the day. But you have to push through it if you want them to grow. The upside is that I really feel like I accomplished something and forced myself to grow since I didn't want to do it anyway.
