    Good legs routines

    Hey,

    I am wondering what a good legs routine would be

    Squats, leg curls, leg extensions and calf presses I imagine would be important

    but how many sets of each?

    Almost like my leg routine. I include lunges. Plus, I do straight leg deadlifts and goodmornings because I work my lower back on that day. Do a couple of warmup sets of squats, rest about three minutes, and 4 sets of 10 reps for all of the excersises, except the calf presses. Do 4 sets of 15. On the other hand, if you haven't worked out before, or in a long time, start with 1 or 2 sets and work your way up to 4 over around a 2 month period.
