I now have my diet down and after a couple days I can already tell a huge difference in how I feel, so on to the actual workout. I was looking for something to build overall strength and increase my explosiveness especially my vertical. I found this workout on another website. Anyone have any thoughts or tweaks they would make to it? Seems to start by providing a strong base before getting into the more demanding aspects of the workout.

Sorry for the trouble but this seems to be a topic that is brought up over and over on this board (increasing vertical) based on my searches with no specific workouts.
