Stationary Lunges...which leg is supposed to be working???
Hi! I started working out with weights a few months ago after losing 30 pounds thanks to some big time help in the diet forum. I then got brave and started lifting weights (I was initially focused on cardio to burn calories) and then lost another 5 and have been holding for the past 3 months.
Question on stationary lunges....which leg is supposed to be working...the forward leg or the rear leg. I have been doing these now and not really sure.
I have not found that too many people do these in the gym and wondering why???

I know pets are subjective, I was just wondering if any of you had suggestions about which would be better to train to use? Ill probably train both in the end, just cant decide which would be best to train and use first.
