    Working Out On A Cycle

Im going to start a cycle in a few weeks. I know i need to eat 3000-5000 calories a day but im worried about gaining fat. Is there a way to bulk up and bring down my current Body fat percentage. Also how much is to much when it comes to working out. Is it possible to overdue it or should i live in the gym for the next 12 weeks.

Also here is my workout schedule.
    Mon
    Chest, tri's and legs
    Tues
    Shoulders, bi's, abs, and cardio
    Weds
    Back and legs
    Thurs
    Chest, tri's, abs and cardio
    Fri
    Shoulders, bi's and legs
    Saturday
    Back, abs, and cardio.

Let me know what you think

How long have you been working out? I do think you split needs work. Your hitting shoulders the day after chest. Chest already hits shoulders pretty hard. Either do them on the same day or separate the two by at least 2 days. Also you working bis the day before back. Back also hits bis and they are also a limiting factor in back work. With your bis already worked they day before, they will tire out before your back will. Why not try something like this:

    Day 1 Legs/Back/Bis
    Day 2 rest
    Day 3 Chest/shoulders/Tris
    Day 4 rest
    Day 5 legs/back/bi
    Day 6 rest
    Day 7 chest/shoulders/Tris.

I cant remember how to use the BB codes. -Gman I havent been working out for a while. My last cycle which was my first cycle, i put on 40 lbs doing a workout routine that was very similar. I know not all of it was muscle but the majority of it was. I didnt work out my legs very much and this time i want to because it will help me gain more mass. I will post before and after pics along with the routine i decide to do. I appreciate all the advice. Keep it coming.

In your info it says your BF% is 20. IMO I would hit cardio really hard for a month and get down to at least 12% before you start. Should give you time to decide what plan to use. Good luck

Dec, you feel content doing 3 workouts per week using this split?
