I'm a newbie to this, I am in my third week of 10mg a day of anavar. Looking for some advice on my workout. This breakdown has been my routine: Monday Legs/Cardio, Tuesday Cardio, Wednesday Back/shoulders/Cardio, Thursday Cardio, Friday Biceps/Triceps/Cardio, Saturday Chest/Cardio, Sunday Back/Shoulders/Cardio. Cardio on training days is at least 1/2hr. Cardio on off days 1hr or more. My diet is almost all proteins but with few complex carbs.
