    First cycle workout recommendations

    Greetings all.

    I started my first cycle today after 3 solid years of natural building. I keep a log and am disciplined in that way.

    I planned to use this 10 week Mass Building program but wanted to see what others thought.

    I don't like that it doesn't utilize deadlifts, so I'd add them in. Otherwise I like the variety in it.

    Hey...

    Program looks solid, i tend to stay in the 3-5 rep range to build strength and size. But im a PowerLifter and not a BB so strength is more important then looks in my book.

    When did you add your deads?

    Make sure your Macros are straight!

    Good luck with the training and cycle.
