    Looking for some help/advice

    Hi all. I am 21 years old, and am just starting to work out hard. I am 6'2" tall and weigh about 190 LBS. I don't want to take steroids any time soon because of how young I am, but I could use some advice on training supliments. I have tried a few pre and post workout drinks as well as protein powders but I can't tell a big difference. I would also like some suggestions on diet and training.

    Im open to any suggestions or ideas. Thanks.

    Hi and welcome! A good idea would be to read through the stickys in the workout and diet section. They're very helpful and cover basics. Another idea is you could post up your current workout and diet and we could critique it for you.
