Why are you doing arms on the friday mate miss that out take wednesday off and move the rest of your workout thursday deads , friday shoulders arms are a small muscle dont over train it you need recovery Also deads and squats on the same day seems that will be a lot of weight on the wed for legs
I agree too much arm work. Bis and tris are small muscles that don't require that much work. I think a split like this would work much better.
Mon: Shoulders/arms
Tues: Legs
Wed: Off
Thurs: Chest
Fri: Back (including deadlifts)
Sat/Sun Off
