BETWEEN 43-50G AN HOUR.
Depends on your genetics, and metabolism, and what else you eat with the meal. I would say on average it is somewhere between 30-50g every 1 -2 hours. Also depends on the protein, you will digest a lot more whey if you continuosly feed yourself every 1/2 hour for 2 hours than with chicken.
