Stretching advice
Over the years my flexibility has really gone down hill. I have been happy with my gains when it comes to muscle and size but flexibility has never been my strong suit. My knowledge on the topic is really limited as well, where have you guys started? Routines, books, magazines. I need recommendations please as I really need to start making this a huge part of my workouts.

Stretching post workout is excellent as well as during.
Look into DC extreme stretching for bodybuilding as I try to incorporate these postworkout

Post workout is really good, not sure of the exact mechanics as to why, but something about the weakened state of the sarcomeres allowing further stretching that is also more permanent than "hold it for 10 seconds" stretching routines.
Also, yoga, dun dun dun.
