    Angry Skinny fat man needs help

    I need help please...It seems no matter how hard i work out, do cardio, i cant lose weight/fat in the stomach area. I eat pretty good, lots of chicken and protein shakes, cutting back on carbs and fat big time...
    Any advice would be very helpful please....
    6'1 220 38 inch waist

    What kind of cardio should i be doing? low or high impact?
    My goal is to go from 220 to 200-190 pounds.

    Low impact will be better for you joints. Keep your heart rate at 60-70% max for 30-40mins. That is best for fat burning.

    I'm in the process of losing some weight, in fact I've gone from 228 to 203 since Feb 1st. I eat 6 times a day. High protein, low carbs(50 or so), & low fat. Plus I do 40 mins of cardio before I eat in the morning. It's a great program, i can't even think half the time.

    agree with pain,

    Make sure your cardio sessions are at least 30 min long, cause this is the time at which your body really starts to burn fat.

    This, coupled with a low carb diet, should get get you to slim down quick.

    How long have you been doing what you're doing anyways?
