Give yourself 1 week of relaxation time.Stay on your diet and read bodybuilding articles on training and diet.

You have to know your limits if you feel sick then take a couple days break. If you are so addicted to training, maybe you need to find a purpose for training , like competing.

I used to be like that. There's nothing wrong with it except for the fact that constant heavy lifting may catch up with your joints and tendons/ligaments after X amount of months or years. My guess is your a little younger or at least new to lifting and there's nothing wrong with your enthusiasm, however, eventually you will have to learn there's life outside of the gym. Don't miss opportunities to see thing's this world has to offer just cause you might miss a few days or even weeks in the gym. You can always get back to where you were and chances are no matter where you're at physically you'll always feel like you want to be a little bit bigger or a little bit stronger. Learn an instrument or get another hobby that takes up your time.
