Believe it or not brother .....
The first place to start is your EATING regimen ....
Check your diet and see really whats going into your body ... If you want the body of a Day God then I suggest you may not be eating to well ..... give it a try and use a few supps to ensure your vitamin and mineral intake is good ...
good luck

Once you have your diet in check try some shocking techniques like 10 sets of 10, negatives and static trainng. I find these methods shock my body and get me refocused at times.
Another thing to look at is rest. I'm just coming off a good resting phase and now I'm so psyched to get back into the gym.

find someone bigger stronger and more intense than you and workout with them.

Dane26 I tihkn that's half the problem because I got used ot having a partner to help me push out the last couple reps but he's sick now and can't lift so I have to do everything my self and it's hard to force out an extra rep or 2 when u know your gonig to end up with the bar suck on your chest

you could try doing a strip set on your 3rd set of any compound exercise. for instance, after doing 2 pyramid sets of leg press, have a partner or yourself strip a couple of plates per side and hammer out more reps. try this for 3 drops on one exercise and see if your intensity kicks up! hope that helped, if not.....um, sorry i gave it a shot!

Take a week off!!!!!!!!!!!
I find that is the best thing for me.
I know, I know, I hate it at first too, but when I do get back in the gym it's more intense and I gain twice as fast. I love the pain of being sore and after awhile in the gym w/out a break I don't get that pain.
That first day back in the gym I usualy go for like 3 hours non stop ( I normaly go for only about an hour not including cardio).
Try it.......or don't?????
Hope this helps
If not--------------- E.C.A. STACK IT!!!!!!!!!!
good luck!

I just noticed that my back looks like a dwarf's back in my little picture under my user name with STEELBLAZIN's HUGE RIPPED back, above mine!!!
I think I will change my picture now and do some rows.
