my chest workout
for bench
start out with 1 set of 8 with average wieght
then do a set of 6 with alittle more weight
than do a set of 4 with somewhat heavy weight
then do a set of 2 with real heavy weight
then do a set of 1 with more weight on the bar than your max.
when i do this my max keeps getting higher and my chest hurts like hell. its definately helping.
then incline, decline, flys, butterflys, crossovers, and of course verticle chest.
